Tea is the most common drink you can get in this country

Made from traditional black local tea with milk and sugar and selected spices, it’s a fantastic refreshment and you can find it everywhere … except at Tings. We love the chiya, but tea is so much more.

Nepal has excellent teas that you never get a chance taste in Nepal due to the tradition of chiya.

We have made a small selection of our own favorite teas from Nepal and from other parts of the world – a selection ranging  from the most delicate white tea to the more aromatic teas. These teas are all special teas chosen for their complexity of taste and texture. To appreciate this we do not serve them with milk, sugar or lemon.
