We had our first real performance yesterday. AND WHAT A SHOW!
Jeet started the day preparing the bread – the result was a master peace of the most delicious bread with a crunchyness you only find in the Italian country side… the bread was perfect along with the freshly made hummos (this time with more cumin).
After only two days experience the guys created the most fantastic Maki Rolls in 3 different versions: One with chicken, one veg and one vegan.
And the Vietnamese spring rolls (with soya/ginger marinated tofu) were almost perfect – especially the ones from Tsering – she is a true springroll artist!
We feel privileged and are looking forward to the up coming shows.
