… and regarding the visual part things are on hold until Monday due to public holiday in Denmark.

Dinner tonight with Pia & Karma. We”ll serve some of the dishes we are preparing for Tings Tea Lounge:

Gazpacho with spicy croutons,
Vietnamese spring rolls with at lot of herbs and fresh vegetables,
Rosemary Chicken with roasted potatoes and green salad,
Something sweet based on FOSTER CLARKS with fresh fruit.

For drinks we”ll fill a big bucket with ice and top with beer, wine, juice, mineral water and home made ice tea.
