“A cosy oasis in the crazyness of Kathmandu”
The pictures in the profile and the Tings Blog were promising so we booked the Tings for the first two and the last three nights of our stay in Nepal. Travelling with our 11 year old daughter it was important for us to stay in a place that feels like home. We did not get disappointed. TripAdvisor 24 April
We enjoyed incredible Tings Lounge Hotel
Tings Lounge Hotel is a unique, peaceful spot in a hectic city. It is a very rare experience to return to your native home country – and find out that you miss the hotel and staff you have just left 24 hours ago. TripAdvisor 24 April
So good it made me write my first review on Trip Advisor
The first time we stayed in the Backpacker room which is a real bargain. The room is small but it really didn’t matter as how much time do you spend in your room anyway with so much to see in Kathmandu or with a lovely terrace to relax in. When we returned from Pokhara we stayed in the Gallery East Room in the front house and again it was lovely with its own ensuite and nice balcony. The shower was hot but the pressure wasn’t great, but this was a general issue everywhere in Nepal from my experience so I won’t blame Tings for that. TripAdvisor 21 April
