News from our chef Jit who is in Copenhagen on a three months internship

We’re desperate to get new sweet items that works in Nepal. We have our Sweet Coco Crepes, Apple Crumble, Banana Cake and our Cinnamon Buns. But we need at least 5 – 10 items more.

When we send Jit to Copenhagen to learn about efficiency in a kitchen, basic kitchen hygiene, kitchen economy etc we instructed him to pick up ideas and recipe for cakes and desserts
