Our guests and friends don’t always understand why our kitchen is closed on Mondays and ask us why?

First: We clean the kitchen inside out.

Second: We do a lot of repairing. Yesterday we started remaking all the cushions for the Tea Lounge so they are ready and spongy to sit on when the rain sets in for real.

Third: Our staff works hard. They need a day off. Some of them get that on Mondays.
