We ordered the Wild Boa meat last night, picked it up this morning and just finished preparing it with Virgin Olive Oil, Grounded Pepper + Grounded Salt and Garlic and fresh Rosemary from the garden.
Now it ‘rests’ for two hours and around 2 pm we’ll put in on the grill and leave it there for 3-4 hours on low heat. After that we’ll leave it to settle for an hour.
Jit also brought some fresh asparagus… we still don’t know how to serve them. But don’t worry. We’ll find out.
If you don’t eat meat don’t worry (again).
Around 7 pm we’ll serve it with pasta salad, potato salad and fresh green salad (also from the garden). And of course a lot of home baked bread.
