Work in progress – a snack plate for people who enjoy a glass of beer (or wine)

I hate peanuts!!!!

Especially the ones you get EVERYWHERE you go when you want a cold beer in Nepal.

So now we are working on a snack plat that we ONLY serve wit drinks: thick slices of the good salmi from the market behind Sundhara, cubes of tasty cheese, salz gurken (home made), black Kalamata olives and slices of bread – wheat and RYE!!!! No butter – but a good and tasty mustard.

Another snack that soon will find it’s way to our menu is at tin of sardines served with salty butter, a good mayonnaise and slices of rye…

Don’t make things complicated – just make them as good as you can.
