I stayed at Tings multiple times during my trip to Nepal in March 2012. We found it on trip advisor mostly because of the good reviews and because my friend liked the name! It didn’t disappoint. Tings is a little haven away from the crazyness of Kathmandu. It’s close to the backpacker area of Thamel – around 10-15 minutes walk or a 100 NRP taxi ride but nice and quiet in the evening.
