Meeting with Sis and Dawa – our first one without the rebuilding on the agenda.

The issue is PEOPLE.

What kind of people do we need to fill in the different disciplines, how many, etc.

One important thing: All though we are talking about both a Tea Lounge and a Lounge Hotel we have to think differently. We NOT going to have different organisations for the two. We’ll need flexibility.

Tings is a small place – more like a big family in a big house. People must be able to ‘cross over’ between the different disciplines. Otherwise it won’t work.

Right now it looks as if we need 9 people.  But the process is just started…
